Table of Contents
First off, let’s dive into what makes this planner a must-have. When you open it up, you’ll be greeted by a sleek and stylish title page. Photo Credit @aprildroplet. This is your planner, your space for creativity and productivity, so give it your personal touch. You can put in your ‘word’ for the year, maybe some inspirational quotes to drive you. The next page is the table of contents with hyperlinks! If you are using Goodnotes you will need to exit annotating mode in order to use the hyperlinks. The table of Contents lists: Calendar, yearly planner, goals, monthly, weekly, and note. Clicking on each word will take you to the designated area. Continue reading and I will preview each section of the FREE 2024 digital planner! This planner has an August start date and goes through the year 2025.
Calendar
This is a 2024-2025 August start Planner. Next, you’ll find a comprehensive calendar overview of 2024 – 2025. This is perfect for marking down important dates and getting a bird’s-eye view of the year ahead. You can mark birthdays, upcoming trips, special holidays and more. Also, on this page you are able to click the categories and go straight to that section. For example, you can look at the whole year to see the important dates and then go straight into the monthly/weekly pages to get into even more detail.
Yearly Planner
Now, let’s talk about the yearly planner section. The Yearly Planner is where you can put important dates, track habits, do a recap of the year, etc. Consider adding in events that aren’t set in stone yet but are likely to happen. For instance, if you know that your workplace has an annual retreat every June, jot that down. And don’t forget to sprinkle in some fun! Pencil in those concert dates, local festivals, or even your favorite TV show premieres.
The yearly planner can also be used for long-term goal setting. Whether you’re planning to start a new hobby, achieve a fitness milestone, or map out your career objectives, this section will help you strategize and keep track of your progress.
Goals
Speaking of goals, there’s a dedicated goals page! How cool is that? It’s more than just jotting down your aspirations. You are prompted by the question “How to achieve it?” this makes you really think about your goal and break it down into manageable steps. You then write a date of when you started and if you completed. This will help you see that you are attaining your goals little by little. With this goals page you can watch yourself achieve greatness.
Monthly
Moving on, the monthly pages are designed to give you a more detailed plan of each month. On each monthly page there is a ‘goals, weekly, and note’ hyperlink. This way you can reach them from this monthly spread as well. Here, you can outline your monthly targets, keep track of deadlines, and jot down reminders for important events. It can also be used for memory keeping. Maybe you went to a cute café or took a nice stroll. It’s nice to record your life in little details to remember and look back on.
Weekly Pages
Each weekly page then breaks it down even further, allowing you to plan your days with precision. On this weekly spread there is a habit tracker as well as monthly hyperlinks. You can duplicate this page as many times are you need and add the dates. Above is an example of how you can use this page. Just a quick note, the ‘mood tracker’ that is displayed is from a digital sticker pack I purchased. You can get it also from off of Etsy here (not affiliated).
Blank Notebook Pages
Need a space to brainstorm or just pencil down random thoughts? The blank note pages have got you covered. Whether it’s doodles, lists, or sudden bursts of inspiration, these pages are your creative playground. You can use them for whatever you would like. In the example above, I used one as a ‘dream list’ or a glorified wish list. You can list your favorite lyrics, do a brain dump or anything else. It really is a lot of fun! Maybe you saw something on Instagram you liked, screenshot it and put it here to save for later. You can also write book/movie reviews. It can be whatever you would like it to be.
